Overall experience was good. Food was good and restaurant staff were helpful. Management team need improvement. Guest cannot have tea and coffee near pool, which is very common in premium hotel. Room and clean and standard size. Bathroom are big.

Hotel Royal Retreat, Sambalpur is really an excellent place for accommodation with very good infrastructure and very good administration. First of all the behavior of the staff members are very very cordial. They are accommodative and helpful in every respect. Secondly the food is exceptionally good in every respect-- in terms of quality, quantity, taste and price. Thirdly the interior and exterior designs show a mark of sophisticated taste.

Royal Retreat is a great place for wedding and large events. With good set of rooms, halls and 2 big lawns, you can arrange any kind of event here. This was my first time in Sambalpur and was really surprised to see such a huge place with a brilliant spread of options from location, arrangment and restaurant perspective.
